Administrative Offices & Central Clinic

Central Health, the public hospital district for Travis County, provides essential healthcare to low-income and underinsured residents. As part of its mission to expand access and streamline operations, Central Health purchased the former Sears Department Store at the Hancock Center, a 1963 landmark that had stood vacant since 2019. We are leading its transformation into a new headquarters and multi-purpose care center, consolidating offices previously leased throughout Austin and establishing a central clinic. The project delivers long-term savings, improves collaboration and efficiency, and marks the first time Central Health will directly provide clinical services to the community.
