When The University of Texas at Tyler set out to establish a new satellite campus in Palestine, Texas, we were honored to lead the effort. We began by developing a comprehensive campus master plan for the 46-acre, heavily wooded site, formerly a pine tree farm. This plan set the foundation for a vibrant academic environment designed to serve students, support the surrounding community, and guide future campus growth, including potential conference and retreat uses for the UT System.
