Project Description
Located in one of the fastest-growing regions in the nation, our team was selected to develop a transformative campus master plan for the University of Texas–Pan American (now part of The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley). The plan aimed to foster community prosperity, educate global citizens, promote healthy living, and support a major increase in student enrollment and on-campus housing. A proposed phasing strategy would triple the university’s facilities, enhance campus beauty, and strengthen its connection to the surrounding city.
