West Village Student Housing Complex

As student enrollment surged at Texas Tech University (TTU), the need for additional on-campus housing became urgent. In response, we partnered on a fast-tracked Design-Build project to deliver West Village, a vibrant new residential community tailored to upper-division students. Our project added two residence halls totaling 457 beds, each designed with apartment-style layouts ranging from one- to four-bedroom units, complete with private kitchens and bathrooms. Secure entries and welcoming community areas were integral to our approach, offering both safety and connection. At the center of the community is the Raider Exchange, a retail and dining space with indoor and outdoor seating that enhances daily campus life.
