West Village Student Housing Complex

As student enrollment surged at Texas Tech University, the need for additional on-campus housing became urgent. In response, we partnered on a fast-tracked Design-Build project to deliver West Village, a vibrant new residential community tailored to retain upperclassmen on campus by offering a competitive alternative to off-campus apartment living.
