Project Description
The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) oversees the state’s emergency management program, responding to and recovering from emergencies and disasters. The pandemic underscored the role of TDEM and also provided substantial funding through the COVID-19 State Fiscal Recovery Fund to construct a new campus for TDEM, replacing the 1950s facilities, which had become outdated and inadequate.
