Honors Residence Hall

BGK’s performance in the fast-track initiative, Honors Hall, exceeded Texas Tech University System’s expectations. Most notable was their ability to study various solutions ranging from structural, mechanical and conceptual space planning to a broad committee of users. The result being a high-performance facility with minimal warranty issues on both projects. BGK’s communication from concept to keys was outstanding and was a key component in delivering this initiative on time, on budget and achieving all quality standards.
