Hilltop Student Housing Phase I (Alamito & Cibolo Halls)

Alamito and Cibolo Halls, known collectively as Hilltop Housing Phase I, added 1,006 beds to support Texas State University’s (TXST) growing enrollment and demand for on-campus housing. Configured as singles, doubles, and triples with shared restrooms, the new residence halls provide a variety of options that prioritize student affordability, comfort, and connection. Designed as a living-learning community for primarily first-year students, the project creates a foundation for academic and social success through intentional spaces that foster belonging and engagement.
