Project Description

Originally built in 1971 and connected to four residence halls, the Commons has long served as a central hub for student services and dining on the south side of campus. Aligned with the university’s commitment to student success and strategic priorities, we were first engaged to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to guide the facility’s future. After thoroughly evaluating the benefits and challenges of rebuilding versus renovating, our team was ultimately chosen to transform and revitalize the Commons into a modern, inclusive, and future-focused student hub, ensuring its continued significance within the campus community.
