Almetris Duren Residence Hall

Almetris Duren Hall is surrounded by an eclectic environment that includes one of the busiest thoroughfares in Austin, numerous businesses, a private neighborhood, several churches, three other student housing venues, and a thriving academic community. Through concerted effort by the design team and members of the University to listen to the concerns of all these stakeholders, the facility has been a resounding success.
