ACC Highland Campus Phase II

Following the success of Phase I, the adaptive reuse of a former JCPenney into Austin Community College District’s (ACC) Building 1000 at the new Highland Campus, we were selected to lead the next bold step in transforming the former Highland Mall. Phase II (Building 2000) continues the reinvention of this once-vibrant retail center into an energetic, centrally located campus focused on workforce training and student success. The Highland Campus now anchors a revitalized mixed-use development in the heart of Austin.
