ACC Highland Campus Parking Garage

As part of the multi-phase transformation of the former Highlands Mall into a vibrant urban campus and growth of the surrounding mixed-use development, Austin Community College District (ACC) recognized the need for a parking facility that would accommodate growing campus activity, support sustainability goals, and encourage walkability once on campus. Selected to help ACC address this need, we began with a location study and test fits to determine the optimal site and configuration for the garage, ultimately positioned on the south side of campus.
