Project Description
Located at the intersection of Old West Austin and the Central Business District, 701 Rio presented a unique design challenge. What seemed to be a straightforward Class A office project quickly revealed itself to be far more complex, requiring navigation of multiple regulatory requirements, site challenges, an adjacent historic home, and various interest groups. Our team saw beyond these constraints and recognized the potential to create a building that would not only meet commercial goals but also serve as a thoughtful bridge between Austin's past and future.
