Transforming a former shopping mall into a vibrant higher education campus, ACC Highland Phase II demonstrates how adaptive reuse can create lasting community impact. By preserving the site’s history while introducing innovative learning environments, the project has become a catalyst for education, collaboration, and opportunity across Central Texas.
